Member/Affiliate Requirements
All applicants must have correct information on file, working email address, and easily understand written English.
International Users Welcomed. However, most advertisements will be written in English, so if you cannot easily understand the surveys or lie about some detail in order to get a survey; then you will be of no value to our clients. Please do NOT join if you do not easily comprehend English.
Payouts
Payments for referral commissions and paid surveys will be made to Paypal accounts ONLY. If you cannot accept Paypal payments, then you will not be able to receive payouts from us at this time. Yes, this means many international users will not be able to participate until Paypal offers to support them.
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than one(1) account. This policy also prohibits creating new accounts via your own referral link. Don't bother referring yourself repeatedly in order to earn a commission because you will NOT be paid.
If we suspect multiple accounts for any reason, we reserve the right to forfeit all earnings you are due and/or ban you from our network.
Cheating
If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
-- Interfering with our systems' security and/or reliability.
-- Using any type of emulator or 'automated' program.
-- Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
-- Using any unethical method in an attempt to boost your earnings fraudulently.
False Representation of arcSurvey
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. We do not allow or accept 'inventivized' or 'paid signups', and those types of signups will be removed and the referrer will potentially forfeit all earnings.
Spam
DO NOT SPAM. Period. If anyone is caught spamming with a referral link, all earnings and referrals will be forfeited.
Furthermore, we will pursue legal actions in your country of origin to collect a fee for damages in the amount of $5,000 per complaint received or $100 per individual spam email sent --whichever is greater.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
Penalty for violation of TOS
Any violation of these Terms of Service (TOS) will result in a de-activation of your account, and you will forfeit any earnings you have earned to date.
